August is Here, and so is the Heat!

Well, we definitely have gone from rainy weather to the complete other side of the pendulum. Now, it's getting used to the heat and the humidity. Stay cool, stay safe and enjoy you summer. 

Remember, that even in these different times, we still need to be compassionate and kind to each other, as well as ourselves.
